What shipping options do you offer?

We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders. If you would like to receive your order sooner, we also offer a paid expedited shipping option. Expedited shipping rates vary by location and weight.

How can I update my order shipping address?

If your item has not yet shipped, we would be happy to assist you in changing your shipping address. For assistance, please email us at hello@shopdoubleteam.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with
  4. Your request and NEW shipping address.  
How can I track my order?

You will be able to track your order as soon as it has shipped. Please allow at least 2 business days for items to ship out after purchasing, (reminder: business days do not include weekends or holidays).

Can't find your order number?

1) Check your spam folder.

2) Email us so we can assist. Please include as much information as possible so we can locate your order (name, email, order number).

Also, you can track your package's progress more closely through the shipping provider such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Returns & Refunds

What items qualify for returns?

Unworn/unwashed items with original packaging and intact tags qualify for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How do I request a return?

If you would like to request a return, please email us at hello@shopdoubleteam.com. Our team will review your request and reach out with additional information and return shipping instructions.

What is the return process?

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If your return meets the qualification (unworn/unwashed with original packaging and intact tags) your refund request will be issued within 5-7 business days.
