RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your order and love our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at hello@shopdoubleteam.com. You will need to include your name, order number, order date, and reason for return. Additionally, you will need to provide a picture of the item and notate any defects or damages if reason for return. Since we provide free shipping, we require that the customer covers the cost of shipping for returns.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return if qualifications (unworn/unwashed with original packaging and intact tags) are met. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned: Final Sale.
